I came across this site with an Exchange Status Checker for our Bermondsey Exchange, which I thought I would share:

Also by way of knowledge sharing, I discovered today that my ISP's prices had gone down significantly since I last checked and that I have been paying far more than I should for my broadband connection for some time. These days, packages start at some £5 per month, which is about a quarter of the industry average not too long ago, so it may well be worth checking what you are paying against what is on offer out there…
