Well BT sent me an email in the middle of last month, ' good news we are upgrading your line, we will inform you when the work is completed, after which time it will take 15 days for your new service to settle down.
20 days later…my IP profile has dropped to 2000Kbps and my downloads dropped to 1.8mbps.
I have just got my MAC code and told BT where to stick their service. I will give an update once I am up and running on BE, as to how I get on.
