Hi Simon/Chris,

Any updates on the internet speed?

Mine is also extermely slow, around 300kbps upload and download – this should obviously be a lot faster (I'm on 8MB service from BT).

Not sure as to whether I will have any success with BT, if everbody else is experiencing the same issue? Is it a general wiring fault?
