Dear Sir  / Madam

We are holding several different exhibitions/events to consult on the Canada Water Area Action Plan.  Events will take place at:

Alfred Salter Primary School,
Quebec Way,
London    SE16 7LP
When: Saturday 26th September 2009, between  10:00 – 16:00

We will have exhibitions on the following:

1.  Canada Water Area Action Plan Preferred Options (Shopping, Transport, Leisure, Places, Homes, Community)

2.  New Rotherhithe Library – including a model of the library and a computer fly-through of what the new library will look like inside

3.  Transport – including a traffic simulation computer model to show potential changes from new development

Also, you can join in on a historical walk around the area led by a local historian – starts around 12pm

Face painting, balloons, Wii game, and a 'Fun' Bus with children's activities inside will available on the day to entertain the kids

Fill in a questionnaire and enter the prize draw to win a £200 Tesco gift card
