Hi James, Jess recently had a bumper replaced by gold motors of Peckham. She said the service was first class as it included a full valet and a bottle of bubbly.  I cant say for sure if they do Ford service but give them a ring and see.  We used them as they were recommended by the insurance company.  They can be found on the web at http://www.goldmotors.co.uk/.
