In my Chairman's report I drew members' attention to the fact that there is going to be significant rise in the overall service charge next year. The reason for this is that as the development is now 11 – 13 years old, it was prudent to commission a surveyor to produce a 15 year capital expenditure forecast so that the level of reserves could be set sensibly.
