Barbecue in the west wing

Hi all, I live in 10, 4, hope everyone is enjoying the summer!

Also, a note to say that I will hold a small barbecue in the west wing for some private friends on Saturday 3rd July. Hope this plan does not clash with anyone else's. :-). Let me know if this is an issue.

Hi Ting,

Thanks for the message and for letting other residents know.  If you could be mindful of the bedrooms and try not to have things go on to far past 10:30pm then that would be great.

Hope the weather stays good for you.

Let me know if you require the back gate to be opened.  We are having the main ones fixed at the moment but I can open the smaller service gate if it makes for easier passage for your guests.

we won't be staying late outside and the guests will use the back entrance of block 4 so no problems there either.
