Block 6 Sky Satellite Reception

Is anybody else having issues with their Sky satellite signal?

My sky box says it is not receiving any signal… I’m in block 6.

Yes, also no signal here. I'm not sure of our block number but we are in the East Block at 1 South Sea Street. Will send the managing agents an e-mail.

I chatted with a resident in Block 100 and they said the terrestrial service was off also.  I checked the head end power supply in block 1 South Sea Street and it was on, so this could be an issue with the roof top equipment.

I will speak to Rynew on Monday about getting an engineer out to investigate the fault.

I'm not sure of our block number but we are in the East Block at 1 South Sea Street  🙂 Your block is 1 South Sea Street.

“Rainbow Quay” is Blocks 1 to 7 Rainbow Quay, 1 South Sea Street and Blocks 96 to 101 Rope Street.
