Sorry for bringing up the festive theme so early, but my parents are coming to visit Boxing Day and am looking for somewhere to feed them lunch. Any thoughts are good.
I recently ate at simplicity http://www.simplicityrestaurants.com/, which although not as great as I was expecting from the reviews, was quite acceptable and a cosy friendly atmosphere. Not sure if they are doing a boxing day menu, but might be worth a look. Alternatively you could try Browns who are at Butlers Wharf and West India Quay http://www.browns-restaurants.co.uk/locations.php which generally represents very good value for money. I am seldom disappointed by their Sunday roasts.
