Car Park Key Fobs

A bit of a strange query but guessing I'm not the first.

The battery has run out on my car park key fob – does anybody know how to get a replacement? or if it is possible to change it myself?

I phoned Woods a couple of weeks ago and they didn't know the answer and I'm still waiting for a call back.

In the current weather I would prefer to park undercover

  The key fob does not have a battery so will need to be reprogrammed or replaced. The customer service  helpline 08450024444 is operating and should be able to replace your fob or have it reprogrammed. Let us know if there is still a problem.
