copies of keys

Hi all,

Does anyone know where I can get a copy of the key for the main door?  Locksmiths don't seem able to copy it, but it would be great to have a spare set.

Hello Sarah,

Please contact Rynew the Managing Agent.  They should perform some Leaseholder check and then arrange issue of a new key.

As they were appointed at the beginning of this year I am keen to know how they perform on every day admin tasks to please let me know of any problems.

A very delayed update on this.

Rynew were helpful and the key copies were made and delivered promptly.  It cost £25 per key, which seemed a lot given that 2 keys are needed.
