One of the double glazing units in my patio doors appears to have broken it’s seal and is letting in condensation between the panes of glass, so I’ve got a couple of questions you guys may be able to help with as I doubt I’m the first this will have occurred to:

      1) Is this something I can get replaced or do I need to go through RMG?
      2) If I can replace it does anybody know any good local glaziers who can help?

      Thanks in advance

I believe that the windows are the responsibility of the leaseholders. Perhaps Russ could confirm.
I have asked RMG to give us the name of the firm they use for this job. Will look for some other recommendations too.
I have the same problem  :'(

The company which has been used by RMG is
      Metal Window Renovations
      27 Tentelow Lane
      Norwood Green
      Middlesex
      UB2 4LQ

      Tel: 020 8813 8200 / Fax: 020 8843 0836
      http://www.metalwindowrenovations.co.uk
      John Monaghan

This is not necessarily a recommendation and there are many companies who would be able to do it.
Part 1 of the 3rd schedule of the lease sets out that the glass and frames of the windows are demised to the lessees.
      Hope this is helpful.
