      Hi all,

      Firstly can anyone recommend an electrician, as I want to install spots in the hallway.

      Secondly, I have a 15mm gap between the window and wall unit and have several window handles that do not close which need to be sorted.  Do I call someone myself (as a flat fault) or via the managing agents (as an external / “bricks & mortar” fault)?

      Hi Tim.

      If you give the managing agent a ring on 0845 002 4466 and ask to speak to Wayne Savage.  He should be able to advise you where you stand with regards the window.
