I took delivery of the following John Lewis mattress on the 31st December and had to remove it from my bed the next day as it is too firm for us. The mattress had a waterproof protector on it, a mattress topper and two flat sheets. For all intense and purpose it’s as new. John Lewis refuse to take it back. I am open to a sensible offer on the product if anyone has an interest in it.
