Keys for external facing doors?

Does anyone know if the management company keeps spares of the big external patio doors? Every block seems to have them so I thought they might have kept copies when they got them fitted. My landlord appears to have lost the key and we are having a battle to get him to pay to get a locksmith out.

RMG won't talk to me as I am just a renter. I'd appreciate any help anyone can give.  🙂

I think its unlikely that managing agent will have spares of these as they are specific to each flat and thus personal to each leaseholder.  I think it will be a case of having a new lock fitted I am afraid.
