Request to use BBQ in garden

Hi there
I was hoping to book the BBQ to use on the afternoon of 11 June for a small gathering to celebrate my birthday.  I am not sure what the procedure is for booking the use of the BBQ so would be grateful to know if this would be ok with the rest of the residents.

Hi Anthony,

The BBQ and Garden are free for all residents to use.  We only ask for consideration towards your neighbours,and mindfulness that the Garden is surrounded by bedrooms.

Hi Anthony,

As the BBQ is in a very sorry state, we are currently collecting some pennies for a new one from all the residents who use the garden in Rainbow Quay, South Sea St and Rope Walk.  We are having a BBQ on May 28th, so we hope to have got the new BBQ by then….  🙂

I hope you recieved our little note and invite in your letterbox, if you did please send me over an email if you'd like to come along.
