      I don't know if anyone can help – I am having a problem with communication between my letting agent and RMG. I cannot speak to RMG direct as I do not own the property, but the letting agent is dragging their heels over an issue (I need a new car park fob).

      Is there anyway I can sort this out myself without relying on a crappy agent that has taken a month already without sorting anything out?
