Storage heaters – manual needed

Can anyone assist me with a copy of the storage heater (the original model) manual pls? My tenants need one but the copy in my property has gone missing. Alternatively, can anyone tell me the make and model number so I can search for the manual online?

I know this may sound like a strange request but my tenants come from overseas and haven't used storage heaters (ie delayed heat) before and need instructions. No, the letting agent isn't helpful!

Hi Joanne,

I think the models in the flats are Dimplex ones, there are several different models used depending on flat size and location.  Dimplex has a customer service section which has user videos and document downloads.  I should think you will be able to find what you need there.  The address is : http://www.dimplex.co.uk/customer_support/index.htm
