To the smoker in 1 Rainbow Quay

Please could you refrain from smoking outside the door leading to the communal garden and then discarding your cigarette ends on the floor, in the flower bed and all down the stairs leading into the garage. It’s disgusting.

If you are able to walk out of the building, you are able to take the few extra yards to throw them in the rubbish bins. Surely that’s not a lot to ask.

I totally agree with you. But he/she probably doesn't read this blog. I was thinking of sticking up a notice if you do not think this is too bossy??
