The door handle of the main entrance to 7 Rainbow Quay broke on Monday morning. One can get in from the outside, but one can't get out from the inside. So now we have to use the back door to get out.
This matter has been reported to RGM Management. I find it curious that RGM Management is always going on about the priority of our safety in case of a possible fire and the importance of keeping the building free from fire hazards, yet a broken door handle which can prove very dangerous in case of a fire is not seen of that much as a priority, seeing as it has been 2 days already and the door handle still hasn't been fixed.
Does anyone perhaps know when the door handle will indeed be fixed?
