Your Board Needs You

We have several spaces for new members of the Rainbow Quay Board.  We meet approx 5 times a year to discuss the management of the development, agree expenditure and priorities works.  A small but necessary amount of email exchange is also conducted.

We would welcome anybody who is keen to help ensure Rainbow Quay continues its history of strong proactive management.  However we are particularly keen to encourage those who could provide further support with the financial administration.

Just to endorse what Simon has said, and to add that other skills would also be welcome, including experience of public relations, building surveying, property management, sustainable living, bringing up children or even conflict resolution (much the same thing)!

Good question.  The problem with this is the aspect of share ownership and voting rights.  I shall ask the rest of the board to see how this could work.
