CCTV project has been passed to the contractor and the components are on order.  It is taking longer than what I thought it would take but I think the contractor has a lot on. 

As regards people not waiting for the doors to close, this is a continual bug bear.  Personally I would like a letter sent  to those responsible letting them know that access to the garage will be removed unless they wait in future.  However I don't think the rest of the board would support me in such a draconian move. ::)
