About Us

Rainbow Quay is a development of 144 flats in Rotherhithe, London, situated between two of the former docks of the Surrey Docks system, which was regenerated in the 1990’s.

Overview

Rainbow Quay overlooks the river Thames and Canary Wharf. There is also a basement garage with CCTV surveillance and a beautiful shared garden.

The flats are planned around fourteen staircases, each with a separate entrance. Service charges are comparatively low compared to neighboring developments and apartments within the building are larger than average.

Being close proximity to the Thames, residents of Rainbow Quay enjoy the many benefits that living near to the river bring: low levels of air and noise pollution, wonderful views, and one of the most connected places anywhere in London.

Getting Around

Rainbow Quay residents are spoiled for choice when it comes to transport. Only two minutes by the Thames Clipper river service to Canary and a 10 minute walk to Canada Water tube station on the Jubilee line.

The river boat is also a fast and reliable way to reach the West End with a one-way journey taking approximately 25 minutes from Greenland Pier. For those who would rather travel on land Canada Water and Surrey Quays tube stations provide regular underground services (Jubilee and East London lines) there are also a variety of bus stops to be found along Salter Road offering services to Greenwich, London Bridge, waterloo and Victoria.

London Bridge is the nearest mainland railway station with a Thames Link service that links Gatwick and Luton airports. Residents looking to travel abroad are also advised to check out flights from London City Airport.
