      Hi all,

      As the WE appears nice and as I am celebrating my birthday this WE I was wondering if it was possible to use the garden for a small barbecue on Sunday around lunchtime.

      I would also like to take advantage of it to get to know my neighbours as well so you are welcome to drop by.

      Thanks for any info on this.

      Hi Annabelle.

      I hope I speak for the rest of the residence association when I say you are quite welcome to use the garden for a BBQ.  We always welcome use of the garden as long as people are respectful to other residence and conduct themselves accordingly.
      I am not sure if there is a BBQ in the East Block, but if you wish to use the West Block one, let me know and I will wheel it over for you.
      I would also like to take this opportunity to wish you many happy returns of the day!

      Hi Simon,

      Thank you so much for your kind message, I am pretty sure we will behave respectfully!

      It would be great if we could use the bbq from the west garden, and we can certainely pick it up (although I have no clue as to how to access this garden from ours).

      I hope you will find some time to have a drink/sausage with us tomorrow!

      Thank you so much for the barbecue, we made good use of it.
      Hope we did not make too much of a disturbance.
