      Can any of my fellow residents recommend a competent local trader to install a new shower room in my flat? My preference would be to use someone knowledgeable of the plumbing layout in the building.

      Any suggestions / ideas gratefully received.

      Did you manage to find anybody to fit your bathroom?

      I'm looking to refit mine and, like yourself. would prefer somebody who is recommended and has worked in Rainbow Quay before.

      Hi all – Ian Norton has worked at RQ for many years now (since 2000 that I know of) and is well spoken of. He was onsite over the past few weeks working on two separate bathroom renovations that I am aware of (one an update to a bathroom and one a switch from a bathroom into a shower room).

      He's not the cheapest but I believe he does a good/quality job and follows up with snagging in a timely fashion.

      I've actually got Ian coming to look at replacing my water heater on Saturday but didn’t realise he did full bathroom fitting as well, I ask him then. 🙂 
