Several weeks ago we lost access to a number of channels on our Sky Q box, mainly HD ones such as BBC 2 HD. Initially we thought it might be weather-related but the problem has now persisted for some time.
We’re wondering whether it is a problem with our Sky Q box which only affects us or if it is also affecting other residents and is therefore an external issue at the property. Is anyone else experiencing missing channels at the moment?
We live in the East Block in South Sea Street.
