This might sound completely hairbrained, but with the summer months coming I thought I would ask. I noticed the top floor flat in south west corner of west block had some work done to extend their balcony outwards. As the owner of one of the top floor flats with no balcony I was wondering about investigating getting a balcony fitted (obviously style of the balcony would be in keeping with the sizecolourshape of the metal one below me). If this query isn't complete “pie in the sky”, does anyone know who I would need to get planning permission from.
