No Sky signal East block

2 flats in 101 r/s have no sky signal.  Have alerted Rynew online so they can sort it out.

My freeview box in another room is also showing “no signal”, so it's more than just something wrong with the dish.

Update. Spoken to Rynew who are aware of the problem.  There was a large water leak yesterday morning which got into the electrical (tv) cupboards.  They are waiting for it to dry out before seeing whether they can turn it back on or if any repairs are needed.  So not a satellite problem.  When sky/freeview come back on will depend on what they find!
By the way, excellent customer service from Rynew.

  I'm in 101 Rope St. My Freeview was fine on 5-12 July but now says 'bad signal' (starting on 13 July).

Oops – I'm getting my weeks muddled! Its 20 and 21 July that I've had a bad signal on Freeview.
