Thanks Cliff – so will the engineer coming in a couple of weeks be fitting a DCSS for every block?

Hi Cliff – when we moved in a couple of years ago we tried to move our Sky Q with us and was told by the engineer that the building wasn’t configured for it. I recall asking fellow residents at the time and I think the response was that not enough people wanted the upgrade, hence it didn’t happen. However if this has changed I’d like to know as I prefer Sky Q to the basic model we have at the moment.

    We are in 96.

The original message from PNA is very histrionic.

I’m with Emma on this. It’s about consideration for your neighbours, therefore If you want to smoke, then do it inside the flat.

In the summer months you need your windows open for ventilation and it’s unpleasant to have cigarette (or marijuana which I’ve also smelt here) wafting through them. There is also the issue of passive smoking and it’s links to cancer. I realise you can get this from walking along the street, but it’s my choice to do so. I don’t want it in my own flat.

I have a question re electricity suppliers. We are with EDF who are charging a kings ransom per month. Having spoken to a number of residents, they use Bulb. Having contacted Bulb, they are saying they would charge at a single rate and we wouldn’t get cheap rate electricity.

Who do others use for electricity and are there any views on moving off of Economy 9, as it would open up the market to other suppliers?

    Many thanks.

    Tim.
